In this sunlit morning, I sit at my kitchen table to appreciate God’s goodness to us.
We are but a humble family. My Dad is gaining in years and I just retired three years ago. Each of us have trials and afflictions, but by God’s grace, we carry on. I have been graced to have good doctors who mind my aches and pains and watch out for my tribulations. I like these doctors.
I’m trying to write a story of love but the gremlins threaten to strike at my heart. So the writing is slower than usual. I find it hard to write while I’m under stress. No matter, I’m retire and I don’t have deadlines. I joined NaNoWriMo but I fear I’ll fail to finish in time.
