I’ve been waiting for over half an hour for my anti anxiety medication. I’m supposed to take it at 4 pm. But 4 pm came and went and I didn’t get it. So I looked for my nurse with rising blood pressure to ask if it was indeed the time. She was at her desk and said she will see me in a few minutes. So I went back to my room and settled in my bed. Fortunately she appeared with a cup of water and a small cup with my pill. I took the pill and then thanked her. I’m letting the medicine get absorbed into my system. The anxiety is subsiding. I’m grateful to God for His blessings. Sometimes the nurse is busy. They take turns with their patients. I’m lucky my nurse today was prompt.
