Salmon

Today my cousin and his wife came to visit us. They took us to a restaurant called Applebees where we ate lunch. I picked the place because I wanted to have their Cajun salmon. I thought it would be easy to eat. When the food came I eagerly ate the first bite. However, I found it to be a challenge to eat and swallow it. I tried to eat a few more bites. But it was clear to me that I would have a difficult time eating. I had asked for tartar sauce to put on the salmon but even the sauce wasn’t enough to make it easy to chew. Everyone else was enjoying their meal. My cousin’s wife asked me if I wanted anything else. I asked for ice cream which I knew was easy to eat. The server arrived with a cup of vanilla ice cream and a small dish of fudge sauce. I’m happy to say that I finished eating the ice cream, with fudge sauce. I’m not sure if I want to go back there again.
