Good Morning

It’s a new day. I’m ready to work on my eating. I’m retraining my muscles used for eating. I didn’t finish well all day yesterday but barely touched my food at supper. The bulk of my intake of food was breakfast and lunch, and with my feed I consumed more than the amount of calories that I needed for me to gain weight.

I’m hoping to weigh more next week when I step on the scales.
